We are working on a project to launch in our country a webpage like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
We expect only serious offers that have reviewed the webpage and understand the game dynamic. This is not a static site, it has a built in game/dynamic called fantasy football or fantasy sports played with real money
We want to start with a prototype built on the following admin template:

The site must include:
1) player profiles
2) credit card and paypal integration
3) includes functions built in on the admin template
a) timeline (like facebook timeline, registers and displays events, notifications, news etc for the users)
b) chat
c) user forums
d) live feed (tournament results, tournament that are currently running stats, news and forum posts from users you follow, etc)
e) graphs and information for site administration (backend)
4) 2 types of tournaments (regular and Head to head or one vs one)
a) regular: no limit of participants
b) Head to Head: restricted to 2 players, one wins one loses.
5) Admin ability to create and schedule different tournaments with different buyins, starting times and the ability to schedule them periodically, this means the ability to create a tournament and choose for it to repeat itself every day, or every 2 days or every week, etc.
6) 1 type of sport: football or soccer.
7) the game dynamic will be exactly the same as in [login to view URL] so please register and play a few free competitions (free buy in and no prizes)
a) this includes team submitting, player information, tournament lobby,tournament information, leaderboards, tournament filters, and live stat feed of the match when the tournament starts.
8) cashier so that players can deposit/withdraw
We would like social network integration (facebook, twitter) and being able to log in with those accounts, but this can be left for phase 2 (final development), adding this for this proposal will be considered as bonus.
