I require a 7-8 page Property website to be created where sellers can find cash buyers for their properties. The home page needs form fields for data capture, behind this will need to be a longer form which effectively works as a lead generating form. The remaining pages will contain info about the business and maybe a short video embedded and the option for an info pack to be downloaded upon confirming an email address. The functioning of the site is more important than the look of it. I require a freelancer who is familiar with funnel marketing, local seo and user experience rules.
