We need a bulk SMS website to be built on CodeIgniter.
It is expected that the website would be able to filter out duplicate numbers on list on numbers to send and be able to automatically at +234 for every number that doesn't have the +234 extension. It should be able to send bulk sms from .CSV.
It is expected that if a CSV file is uploaded with a fields called "name" and "number", sending "Hi $name, you are invited" should send to John as "Hi John, you are invited" etc.
Also the website should support phone book and send group.
We would like to have something comparable to or better than www.smslive247.com.
