Its not possible to quote your project with the basic idea you gave in the description. For instance, suppose your websites has got some users who are already registered in one website, then will we allow them to register using the same mail id for second website? Also suppose there is a membership taken by one guy for one website, will we allow him to use the same login details to take membership or not? Explain me things in details so that I can understand more in details.
