Art Project 'Hungry'

This is an Art project. I need someone to create 100 T-shirts with the words 'Hungry' either painted with red paint or printed on them in big red clear letters. The preference for the shirtsis white, in fact ordinary dress shirts can be used but the preference is for white. Then I want the following: 300 Digital Photographs of Homeless people wearing these. 30 Minutes of Video showing these people going about their life. Each homeless person must be compensated in some way. E.g. They are given the T-Shirt. The photographs should be a variety of 'news' style photos. i.e. mostly capturing these people in their every day. Some poses, but mostly as if the person did not know they were being captured. A third of these photographs must show more than one person wearing the t-shirt. These shots must indicate that each person does not know each other. e.g .two people going in opposite directions down a street. Out of this third. I will award this project to people in different countries. I will be creating a separate project to make a website for this.
