In reviewing your project description, I have learnt that you are looking for someone who can provide attractive descriptions to the materials given. About me, I have about five years experience as an architect and possess a Master's degree in architecture in the US. In addition to designing residences, I have experience working on interior design projects in conjunction with the residential design. I have also assisted large residential and commercial design projects and have considerable knowledge of the modern design trends and contemporary and traditional architectural design styles. I also have experience working on residential landscape projects in Seattle, WA, San Jose, California and Tempe, AZ. As relevant experience, I have a 10 year work experience with 3d visualization including my academic experience. Owing to my interest in sketching and painting, I have also experimented with various media and Adobe Creative suite and am confident I can efficiently accomplish the task within the stipulated period of time. If selected for the project, I would like to provide my services in two phases. I would like to begin with a draft of the schematics to receive your feedback or suggestions for improvement. This will be followed by the final rendering with all the edits discussed. As per the project size and terms of agreement, I agree to the submission payment after each section and propose a cost estimate of 300$ for and a time frame of 20 days.
