Design mockup & estimation of an "Social workout app"

Develop the proof of concept with architectural design with mockup and screenshot. Also give some estimation on how much time in hours it take to develop a production version of App. The idea behind the app is that say Bill is living in Oslo and Eve is living in Bergen but they want to "workout together" Bill downloaded the app from the app store and sorted out a workout program that he wants Eve to try with him and ask Eve to download the app from app store. After registration Bill sends Eve a "Workout together request". Upon approval from Eve the workout starts. Bill sees exercise one: Exercise 1 with a image and timer appears with a timer. When he finish the control is sent with the same exercise to Eve and so it goes. First time: -Registration with Facebook integration or other way of registration (email ) Application mode 1) Mode to create a workout routine or choose from existing The app need to do the following: -Make a workout - you will be able to make a workout based on all exercise available -choose from existing workouts ( already existing with pre filled exercise) -rate a exercise -show top 20 exercises Mode 2 - run the app socially -start a socially workout -> choose the workout -> choose you friend / search your friend and start workout -> challenge him to start the workout. On your friends approval the workout starts and the first exercise is shown with a timer 2 min ( configureable ). You do the exercise and pass the exercise to your friend like a game. Here your should be able to take picture and also be able to chat with your friend and also be able to record a memo and send it to you friend
