corporate identity design for a shopping mall

What I need done: I need logo and artwork for upcoming shopping mall . It would look somewhat like this [login to view URL] I will be needing 5 different logos out of which one would be selected and will take all the raw files for that particular logo. The logo should be such that in large fonts also it should look gracefull..no dull colors as it is a tourist island full of colors. Same artwork would be used on visiting cards, letterheads , and Hoarding of the shopping mall so the resolution be kept in mind. I am looking for something really innovative and the logo should reflect that. It should not be copy paste.. I want that it should contain something about the mall owner (For eg signature /photo etc) like [login to view URL] I strictly need the samples. There should be no problem with number of iterations, if i dont like the sample i will want a new one. I commit that u need not give me any raw file untill i finalize a design. u can show me the the design on a pdf to save your work from being copied . once i finalize the design then only I will ask you for raw files. The mall is in curacao(look for the place in google) so please visit this on google so that u can get a feel of what the place is like . Timeframe for delivery: Please deliver assets specified within 1 week of selection.
