Design a Website Mockup

I'm very new to this so I have tried to list things out that I need. I wish I could be more technical so if there is something listed in this job that you don't recognize or understand the concept please e-mail me so I can explain further. I will be starting a stream channel to promote myself for a weekend show. I want it to look similar to a channel page from www.twitch.tv. Would prefer that the site be easy to use and maintain since I have limited skills when it comes to website upkeep. The url I have is [login to view URL] To start with I just want the website to be three pages. Seo optimization integration. The first page will be information about the stream. Also, a bit of E-commerce such as T-shirts, Books of Poetry, so on and so forth. Mission Statement Video of me explaining the site Logo Header User Sign up Affiliate Advertisement placement The second page will be beats and information on how to buy the beats. Possibly Each beat seller/maker will have a profile page as well depending on what this add on would cost. They will have their own sign in account with affiliate information based on which of their beats were sold. Affiliate linked beat displays where customers can purchase beats they heard and enjoyed. I need a data tracking system so I can pay the beat makers an affiliate fee for allowing the site to list their beats. Also, I will on occasion be selling beats that I have purchased in bulk from beat makers. A widget that allows beat makers to upload their beats to the website for approval to be used on the stream. Terms and Conditions for uploading beats. The third will be the stream itself. I like the style of the [login to view URL] stream rooms. They will be branded to the [login to view URL] The website will need: User Sign In account generation e-mail collection. E-mail marketing capabilities. Nice Clean-cut layout. Space for Stream (Ill be using Ustream to start with) Ustream has html code to plug in Subscribers Button with ability to adjust the price of subscriptions. Linked to paypal and other online payment resources Donation Button. Linked to paypal and other payment resource. Area for chat: Ustream has html code to plug in Queue button for subscribers only: to be able to wait in line to freestyle on the stream. Randomization system for playing beats playlists: I would need the ability to show other freestylers via their web cam on stream. They don't have to use their cam they can just freestyle via their headset but I need a way to have them on the show and let everyone hear them.
