I can provide the icons you need with some back and forth to get things right. I would be using Inkscape, which is an Open Source Vector art program. I can also layer partially completed icons on a render to get a good idea of how things will look once put together. I would need a clear idea of what you wanted to get out of the icons, so if there is an app you are modeling after let me know so I can see what you want.
