Looking for a quick design for a hat. It should be a very fast project. Attached is a Dirk Diggler logo. I'd like to change the text to read DIRT DIGGLERS. Please match it so the text is in light blue with yellow stars and a light blue border. It should have that neon light feel. Background color should be transparent. Please design in photoshop. The size should be 3 inches in length and 2 inches in height. File size should be no larger than 10MB. Thank you
