Build a Website on MVC ( Wordpress ) E Learning

We requires a web application that: - Design and develop an online e-learning framework that can be used by our staff to upload evidence on development topics using a Q&A format and layers of progressively more detailed documents answering a given question. Enable keyword search throughout the document structure. Add ability to export the complete package of answers to a given question in PDFs. Design answers in a layered fashion that allows users to get quick overview and understanding of the topic, as well as dig into deeper details by accessing the more detailed documents in subsequent layers. Design easy navigation that allows users to move between levels without getting lost; where there is a menu at the bottom of each layer screen that allows navigation to other levels and an option to download the content in that specific layer. Ensure that any evidence gap maps available on the website evidence gap map platform can be linked to a given answer layer in a user-friendly way, including the ability of the user to return to the answer layer after viewing the map. Ensure that infographics can be embedded in a layer and exported as a pdf easily by the user. Integrate the e-learning framework with our existing website. Enable staff to add Q&A topic packages to the platform quickly and easily, without incurring substantive design costs or requiring expert IT skills. Provide end-user training for the system.
