Advanced Mapping website

Hello there, Ok, I am part of a community at giffgaff (mobile network company). Recently I have built a website to help the community. And below is an explanation of exactly what this website is about. Giffgaff don't actually have any local shops, so when you order a SIM card from them they will have to post it to you (taking approx 2-3 days). Imagine that you've lost your phone and waiting up to 3 days for a SIM card is a killer. So giffgaff use their own customers (whoever is interested) to distribute their SIM cards locally and in return they get paid £5 per successful SIM card registered and topped up. That’s what giffgaff does. I’m sorry for all this writing but I just want to make sure that you understand what this project is about. I created a VERY basic mapping website called “simvibe” using google maps. There people are able apply to be displayed on the map as a giffgaff distributor. So when a user needs a SIM card, instead of waiting for it 2-3 days for the SIM card they could just go to simvibe, type in their address and the map will pin point every available distributor. The site must have the following features: User interface. -Able to create and account and add, edit and delete their details -Use the Post Code or County ONLY rather than using the whole address when registering as distributor -Using a username and that is what is going to be displayed on the map rather than the name -Able to add up to 2 addresses locations to be able to distribute -PM system -“Display my number” ON/OFF option chosen by the distributor -“Distributor is away” and “Remove me temporarily” ON/OFF option -Add avatar If you have more creative functions to add-on, suggestions is always welcome! Website -More responsive and accurate map -When the user contacts the distributor via the PM system, the distributor will receive an email that he has received a message, he/she will login and when he/she replies to the message, the user will receive an email and be able to reply -If the “Display my number” is on then a “Tap here to revel” button will show and once tapped, the user’s number will appear. -If the user has set the “Distributor is away” option, then a yellow ribbon will show on the info box -If the user has set the “Remove me temporarily” then the info box will not show on the map until he/she sets it back -Show how far away (in miles) the user and distributor are far away from each other -Leave a review function -Instant messaging function -Better design and more user friendly Legal Legal stuff I will get it done with a lawyer but I need pages on the site to put these. -Privacy policy -Terms and conditions -Data protection -Cookies -Branding copyright Important -User’s information cannot not be displayed on the website or shared between users (only usernames can be shown) -Secure data -Simvibe is not endorsed by giffgaff, so even though I’m doing this to help the giffgaff community, giffgaff name/branding must not be shown anywhere on the website.
