Alter one existing page on a website

We need to accomplish a few things on one specific page of our website as follows: I. Decrease page speed loading time using some of the steps Google PageSpeed Insights offers here: [login to view URL] - we would like to see the see a better PageSpeed score of at least 100% for each mobile and desktop versions. II. Instead of populating the page with all translators in our database, only the top 12 should be shown, then we need an auto-page scrolling method to populate the remaining translators (in increments of 12 translators at a time) as the visitor scrolls down. III. We also would like a translator sort function at the top of the page so users may separate translators by the following: 1. Translator Rank 2. Language Pair (a) Native/Target Language (b) Other Languages 2. Jobs Completed 3. Most Recent 4.
