UX academy is looking for an experienced web designer who is interested in learning User Experience Design. As a fast growing startup, we are expanding our reach and looking to train the right candidates in UX so they can mentor our students. More specifically, you should already have experience in design and have a basic understanding of UX Design concepts. Beyond your experience, we are looking for candidates who possess a deep desire to learn, grow, and help others reach their goals. This position is one of the most important positions within the company as you will be the face, leader, and teacher amongst our students. Qualifications • 2+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator • 2+ years experience wire-framing with tools. • 2+ years experience conducting competitive research & analysis • 2+ years working directly with clients (must have references available) • 2+ years experience writing digital content • 1+ years experience conducting user surveys and interviews • 1+ years experience creating in-depth personas • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your process and how each step works together seamlessly.
