PROJECT NOTE: We work with the worlds largest research agencies: who operate in over 60 countries in the world We have been responsible for building two of the largest research associated sites in the county (UK) We have been responsible for setting up and selling a business to the DailyMailGroup We are based in London We have extensive insight into making this business a success - We can share this following a successful introduction PROJECT INTRODUCTION: We are immediately looking to employ (possibly partner) with an IT developer / team that has the INTERNAL resources required to create, operate & improve a new website that recruits individuals to take part in PAID online market research studies in English speaking countries; starting with the UK. There will be a particular focus on PPC advertising & EMail Marketing PROJECT POSSIBILITIES: We have been involved in the research industry for a number of years. Our success in establishing & developing industry contacts, has led us to identifying over £3million of sales contracts. We are however currently handicapped by our IT infrastructure to exploit this. For the right IT company, we are offering several possibilities on this project: 1) SITE DESIGN & BASIC TUTORIAL - Design the site (we can provide competitor examples) - Tutorial on how the site works - Pilot PPC campaigns set-up 2) SITE DESIGN & ONGOING SUPPORT / ADVICE / PPC MANAGEMENT - Design the site (we can provide competitor examples) - Tutorial on how the site works - Pilot PPC campaigns set-up - Favourable rates for ongoing PPC Management 3) FULL PARTNERSHIP - Part Company ownership (Potentially / maximum 50/50) - We provide all technical requirements for the IT design (subject to your review and acceptance) - We provide all clients (Inc. largest 5 in the world) - Access to sales possibilities in over 5 countries (currently) - We provide established, cost effective recruitment channels (from our current business) - We provide insight into successful PPC channels provided by industry contacts - We can provide initial funds to start (if required) Q: Are you interested in building a multi million pound business within 12 months? NEW, KEY SITE REQUIREMENTS: PPC ADVERTISING - The proposed site will need to be PPC advertising friendly - We recruit for a number of clients & an individual can sign up to more than one client (offer) in the same registration process - To know the ROI, we need to track the activity of individuals, to each client they may select - Many clients can add a pixel to a successful sign up (Sign up is normally always double opt in (DOI)) - Used Tracking Terms: CPID, SUBID, S2S Image Pixel, Parameter TPID (Perhaps more: TBC) - We are already aware of effective / high return Adwords campaigns we can set-up from industry contacts EMAIL MARKETING & CLIENT API - Many (larger) clients now cater for the registration invite internally: we send sign up data via an API - Some clients require us to send an email (affiliate based in particular) - Need advice on the most appropriate emailing provider - Insight into spam traps & avoiding them - We have over 300,000 emails from our ongoing business OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Consideration to a responsive website - Consideration to expanding the English speaking countries (i.e. European) - Consideration to whether SEO is worth considering - Consideration to downtime in client IT systems i.e. API - Consideration into recycling emails to new sales possibilities (already identified) Although we would prefer a UK based company (ideally London), we would also consider proposals internationally: we would look to come and work with you on-site PLEASE NOTE: We will only reply to detailed responses.
