Hello Frelancers, Am in a need of a platform with the following features 1. A farmer can request technical assistance from expert by posting it to the platform (the post may include pictures or video)and other people/farmers can make comments on it 2. A farmer can post his/her products finding a market for the products posted by posting it to the platform (the post may include pictures or video)and other people/farmers can make comments on it 3. Expert can post any thin on the platform (the post may include pictures or video)and other people/farmers can make comments on it 4. The platform should has the advertising spaces here is where I will get revenue 5. Admin can moderate the platform by removing comment/user 6. Admin can post also anything on the platform 7. All users will have to sign up using emails This idea just came from nowhere, so it was not planned therefore the budget is too low sir. Budget $45
