Build a Website

We are looking for someone to build an informational web site about our company which is a start up software development company for non emergency medical transportation industry. The bid should be of ra full site with upload to our (already existing) AWS server for hosting. Here is the breakdown of the site: Number of pages: 12 (total) out of which 8 would be similar and simple (features). Color scheme: More muted colors preferably in the same color palette as our logo. Obviously we have logo developed. Main (landing page) - we have write up (but would consider splitting into 2 pages Home and About would need some guidance in how to creatively accomplish that without loosing the main message of our extensive application features). Features pages: total 8 pages or so (each very brief couple of sentences and couple of screenshots of the features) - have the write-up. We can do screenshots of the software features, but not sure which angles would be the best view - would need your input. We figure 8 features by 2 screenshot each = 16 total (give or take). Also they will need to be modified after we take the screenshots to remove or should i say hide / whiteout some customer data (Customer Name, Customer Address) for privacy purposes. Its a test data but still. Free Trial Page - we got the form that needs to be filled Contact page - simple form with our address and map location Meet our team page - that one we don't have. We are interested in having someone creatively (and humorously) writing about our team members, but it all depends on costs. We are a startup and need to watch those costs - as you can imagine The person should be able to create a nice site that would appeal to our target market. We also want the person to review what was written and ensure that its SEO compliant and is easy to understand. Oh and the site should look very nice on any mobile device. Hopefully it gives you enough info to make an informative and precise bid.
