I'm very close to launching my website. For now I just want the front page redesign before I launch it. Freelancers that impress during this redesign will be offered to stay on to help design the blog and on going maintenance of the website. Non-negotiable conditions for my freelancers: 1) Although I will not always reply that quickly (usually 2 days at most), you must reply to me within 24hrs. 2) You will be expected to do everything IT related. I'm not IT technical so I cannot help with this. 3) You are not robots, I like it when freelancers give their input on what might work better. 4) Be honest if you cannot do something, please let me know. If I like what you have been doing so far I have no problems hiring someone extra to help with things you are not proficient in. 5) Double check your work. I have had so many freelancers tell me that they have completed something or fixed a problem without anything being changed at all.
