Hi I am looking for a freelancer who can build a website that can use facial recognition software to match images dropped in to the website search bar to a data base of videos / images. In my mind the flow of the website would be as follows 1. User enters website 2. Drops image into search bar 3. Selects search 4. The website runs the image through a program like Luxand, that then compares and matches the image to images/videos from a series of website 5. The website then returns matches based on a % similarity basis for both image and video In the future I would also like to have the ability to advertise on the website If you think you are capable of designing the following website, please contact me with a breakdown of estimated time to complete the project, breakdown of stages of the project with associated time, your hourly cost or proposed billing scheme and any other associated costs with the website.
