PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ANSWERING We are a European start-up at the stage of idea so it's extremely challenging for us to provide exact details or requirements as the development will be on the go. The main idea is to create a website with the need for people to register and all data to be kept into a database. Call this people "USER A" type. Then the provided data shall be "searchable" by third party people who have themselves registered into the site with different functionalities available. Call this people "USER B" type. So, integration with a DB and Search Functionalities are key. Also, integration with features as Calendar Availability, Whatsapp, SEO and Mobile are key. the website will be created for a first country and then shall be extended to multiple countries. Initial language English. We are mainly looking for people with REAL experience in this area, willing to help us creating this new website. We WILL: - share more details on the project based on NDA agreement; - be willing to work with people based on FIXED Price approach; - request to have fixed deadlines and base our payment on that; We WILL NOT: - deal with people who have no experience and cannot prove or provide references; - deal with people who are just submitting their CV without providing real cases based on our indications. Expected milestones: at least 4 with payments attached. The 4th milestone will be after 3 months from the website go-live. Selection WILL NOT BE BASED only on pricing but primarly experience!!! My skills are on building infrastructure for reliable high performance systems. I have long term experience in databases and defining scalable systems. I can help you design the proper system design and backend operation. So I'm the system architect / software engineer type. You might want to add a graphics designer as well. That's requiring a totally different skillset. I'm living in Switzerland so I won't be cheap. I have 2 developers in addition in my office which could be used if required. The bid amount here is undefinable as it depends on the exact work and should probably be estimated once the details have been worked out in detail On the part of how I would do it, this is probably a database which can be done in MySQL or Postgres with a Webserver and PHP.. Intetration with Calendars is unclear. Just creating downloadable calendar files is easy. SEO can be done externally through some service providers I work with since a long time. Its unclear how "WhatsApp" should be integrated as its just a person to messaging application (by the way, I wrote a Messaging application for IOS and my primary business since 15 years is delivery of SMS). How much it would cost is impossible to estimate as depending on the detail of the data entered and the search options, it can be very simple (couple of days) or utterly complex (never ending story). The devil is in the details. Thats my 30 year experience with managing software development projects.
