Build a Website

I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I want a website for my banner(flex) printing company which takes peoples designs and i print in banner or flex material and post worldwide. It needs to look like a large multinational corporate company and needs to be able to buy a printing option and then as part of the checkout proceess allow client to attach artwork and the pay via paypal. the file must arrive with us and also the payment. we just send the file for printing.. also looking for an online design feature. clients picks from a range of backgrounds like for birthday or anniversary or business meeting then adds own text to customise. then they can print and select size and pay. also addons must be selectable from backend like rings on all for corners etc. just look at other banner printing sites and you will quickly see the standard features. happy for a wordpress site with some descent plugins and maybe a few minor tweeks. need to be able to support paypal to collect payments for orders. we must be able to customise all features from backend.
