Build a Website

I have an idea for a fundraising website using a modified Fiverr clone script. I am needing someone with the ability to modify the Fiverr clone script. The general idea is that people come to the website and list and sell items or services with either all or a percentage of the profits to go to charity. The modifications to the script are minimal really. Basic background changes of the clone script for one. And the ability for the user (the seller when listing the item or service to sell) to choose from a list of charities the one charity they want the proceeds to go to and also the percentage of the proceeds to go to that charity. For example.. someone might want to sell a car with 50% of the proceed to go to themselves. And 50% to go to the charity they choose from a list on a separate page. Or they could have the entire 100% go to charity. There would also need to be a page for charities to fill out to be able to be included on the list. I am not sure what programming skills are necessary... but I believe it to be php programming. I am sorry this is kind of general and not very specific. I can provide more specific information later.
