I have build an MS Access program that I want to convert into a subscription-based service app. It is a simple, test-based app for use by project and program managers for managing and reporting on all aspects of project status. As for coding, I would need a user-experience person, a programmer, and help determining where and how to host it. I would offer it free as version one, but would soon after need to setup a payment method.
