Build a simple 2D game using C++ and OpenGL

Hello, expert in OpenGL and C++ programming here. I can implement your 2D game where you can move objects that could potentially collide with each other. The code will solve for collision and apply a bit of physics. I will use GLUT to manage the keyboard/mouse. Also, let me know on which OS and with what C++ compiler you need to check the game, I assume it is Windows or Linux, but I can do it for Mac too.
