I need someone to design and host a simple, single page landing page. The landing page should be only for a mobile device and needs to be able to have 3 fields to input: Customer Name Amount Spent Discount Code Each time someone submits this information there should be an email notification and it should go to a form to generate a daily txt files of all the names entered. I don't have hosting or anything, but the URL doesn't matter so I'd like for you to leave the page hosted on your side and allow me to use it even after the project is completed.

Hey mate, I understand the requirements and assume it's for personal use, I can host for ~AUD$2 a month at a range of domains, I think there would be a better solution to displaying the submitted forms than a plain txt file but upto you. Hope to hear from you!
