Create Phone Case Design templates

I'm looking for some adept in Photoshop to create Phone case designs. I will provide the text and image requirements per design - I just need someone to put it all together and make it look professional. I need someone who is happy to communicate with me with each design before moving onto the next - especially for the first 10-20 and must be happy to revise until I'm happy. Lowest rates best - I will provide the creative input, simply need someone with the skill to pull it together, have it perfect in terms of font, image, centred etc etc.. Copy/Paste bids will not even be looked at! Please bid per 10 or 20 designs - this MUST be mentioned in bid or shall be ignored - no matter how good you are.
