Create a WordPress Theme - Real Estate

We are looking for a professional web developer to build a WordPress theme for real estate where users/agents can submit/manage properties from the front end. LOGIN/REGISTER - Enable/disable login/register - Registration is not required to submit a new property. (Email address is required at the end of the submission, a new password should be sent to user for his next login to manage his properties/profile) - User can login/sign up using social networks USER PROFILE - My profile (Profile page to edit user info and password and membership package if it’s enabled) - My properties (Page to view/edit properties) - My favourites properties - My invoices - My saved searches PROPERTY SUBMISSION - Admin to decide when listings will expire or no expiry date. - Free listing: Unlimited free listings or option to allow certain number of free submissions. - Paid listing - Membership Package: Admin create packages, controlling number of properties/package duration/number of featured listings PROMOTE PROPERTY LISTING - Featured property: Charge $$ for this option. Featured properties will have a widget that slides properties with an attractive label. - Top listings: Charge $$ per duration ex; 3 days, 7 days for this option. Top listings will appear on the top of all listings pages by default including search pages. - Bump up my property: Charge $$ per how many listings to jump above other listings. Users can bump their listings ex; bump up 3 listings or 7 listings etc. PAYMENT METHODE - PayPal - Stripe PROPERTY DETAILS - Property title - Description - Property Status (Single house, Apartment…) - Property type (For Sale or Rent etc.) - Price - Price label option (Per month…) - Bedrooms number - Bathrooms number - Living area - Area prefix (sq ft) - Garages number - Property features (Custom features like air conditioning, pet friendly, fenced yard…) - Property location (Admin will enter locations from the back end for the users to chose from) - Property images (Option for admin to decide how many images) - Property video - Property 360 virtual tour PROPERTY SINGLE PAGE Besides all the property details the following features should be showing on the this page: - Switch between map or street view - Images gallery - Property video - 360 Virtual tour - Add to favourite icon - Contact form to message the property owner (Spam proof ex; reCAPTCHA) - Similar Properties (Slide all or some similar properties based on location and type of property) HOME PAGE HEADER - Ability to chose between map or properties slider header Theme Options - A friendly dashboard so that admin can edit all the setting of the theme - Custom code option is required to modify CSS style - Import/export theme settings THEME WIDGETS - Featured Properties (A slide effect of grid view) - Featured Users/agents - Latest Properties (List view and grid view with the option to show type/location or status of properties only or all) - Compatible with Visual Composer THEME TEMPLATE - Modern flat design. We would like to have same template as this [login to view URL] or something better. - Compatible with Visual Composer - Fully responsive OTHER REQUIREMENTS The theme should be built with clean code, compatible with latest Wordpress update and latest PHP version. IMPORTANT: We Will claims the ownership/copyright of the final product. The theme will not be republished or sold to anyone without our consent.
