I am looking for a developer and designer to create a website just like 9gag but has a different design and feel to it. It will have cms panel for admins etc, there are many clone scripts online of 9gag so you could use them for a base of coding then change it up a bit with design and other features. Only apply if you have a good knowledge of [login to view URL] and meme sites in general. And you must have a designer or be excellent in designing. No upfront pay, half paid once site is designed and partially coded, the rest once site is fully done. Please show your portfolio of websites created.
