Creative Editor to make30 second teaser

Using editors access to royalty free video loops, photgraphy, graphics, we have a set 30 second teaser with words, by scene idea, but still need creative editor to create the teaser (not the words, as the script for voiceover is complete with tagline, etc), as is the ideas of what we want. Creative editor needed for a sample, demo, type, to see if we want to further relations. The skills may additionally include sound design and voice, but are not a requisite. The Budge can be more or less depending on if freelancer passes our requisite interview
