Creative Graphic Artist / Designer needed

Hi Folks, I want someone to create an easy to understand "landmark map" for few countries. By landmark map, I mean country's map with little bit geographic details (river, island, mountains, desert, forrest etc) along with around 20 "landmark icons" spread around in the map. Landmark icons are animated representation of famous sightseeings (like cliparts which are animated representation of actual stuff) Please see the attached image for China, I want similar stuff in order of preference for India and Vietnam to start with. The end result should be JPEG file. The process should be 1) Start with a blank outline map of the country 2) Add some geographical details 3) Create icons of 20 different sightseeing spots (list of sightseeling to be provided) 4) Place icons on the map I know its challenging but lets bring it on !
