We are getting ready to launch our new website Although we already have a functional referral program, it is not designed well enough. New visitors to our web site cant find it easily, and when they do, it has a weak conversion. We need a small new banner (280 x 430) on the Home page that will link to the re-designed Referral page. Our average user is 45 years old +, and not very computer literate, so the concept must be well explained, concise and easy to read, and motivate the user to enroll.
