Design a Flyer

I need a flyer designed to get local people to attend a seminar related to property. I need the following: Flyer size: 1/4 of A4 sized flyer designed for both 1 and 2 pages (i.e overleaf, back of flyer) mix of colours but adheres to palate of company colouring Good wording, good design. Target audience: people who are thinking of investing in property. People who are thinking of buying a property. Releasing equity to become investors. Winner will have: proof of previous examples he/she has worked on. Native level of English fluency. Please note: If I read a misspelling or bad grammar I won't even bother to read on, much less answer back. Further work will follow after this project if I am happy with your work.
