Your brief is exactly the kind of project I love to work on. As a colour palette I would work on soft pastel shades. I love the idea of a dandelion blowing and seeds breaking free from the logo, this is a great idea :) The idea of daydreaming has lots of directions to inspire, such as maybe moon and stars/clouds. I think keep the font could be played with, maybe a handwritten swirly font for part and a easy to read font for maybe 'Dreamgirl'. Soft and sweet :)
