I need a newsletter to be designed for mailchimp. Just to make sure, this will be a code we can put into mail chimp and all the details will be interchangeable. I have a JPEG sample, how it should be look and feel like. Budget is fixed INR 600 and job need to be done today. No upfront payment. 100% milestone.
