I need a web designer to help with designing a website that can be used to to advertise and list tenders on the front page. The website should be able to do the following; 1. Allow users to create accounts / subscribers 2. Allow users to choose a subscription level / 3 categories 3. Listing of adverts on the back end and activate them to be visible to users 4. Set expiry dates for adverts 5. Front page with short description of advert which can be detailed upon signing in 6. Etc
