An accounting website will have many challenges, so it requires task flows and UX wireframe for making users life easy, also I hope you are looking for quality and hight standard user interface design, though your budget is tight, I can promise you about best quality work, I've already worked on similar kind of project so I know the expectation from consumers. You should give me a chance to work on your project, it would definitely add up value in your project. I require 4-5 days to work on this project, first 16-20 hours on Task flow and wireframes once wireframe gets finalised then I'll start UI design, this includes only visual screens and wireframe, it doesn't include any type of coding.
