I intend to design your logo in illustrator, but if you want do it in photo shop, it's your choice and i'm doing it as you wish... You can discuss with me with your ideas and details such as what is the out put format you want, what colors you like, what is the shape.... or you can give me chance to choose those things, then i can design a logo and if there are any changes to do you can tell me your idea.....
