Hello there - I am Excel Genius with a history in Business Intelligence so this is nothing new to me. I am also a native English speaker so nothing will get lost in translation. Thank you for your detailed slide deck - it will be a complex project and I am not sure that Excel is the best target environment for storing the data in, especially if it is multi-client. I would therefore suggest that you adopt a one workbook - one client model to keep data volumes down and to allow the reference table to be specific to the client. This will save you a lot of trouble in the long-run. None of the ranking reports will be difficult given the reference table is correctly populated. I would probably wrap the whole thing in a App structure and use Excel's internal database functionality to handle the data, as it allows basic manipulation similar to a proper RDBMS. I presume you will be providing example EHR reports and sample reference data your SME would input to allow me to model the process efficiently? You will also need to define what happens when another EHR is added for the client and how that will integrate with the existing data for the reports within the workbook (replace, merge, append). Happy to discuss your needs and to regularly communicate to ensure you get what you need.
