You will have to create a responsive landing page that frames one website using frame buster technique as explained in [login to view URL] . There are some countermeasures that you will have to implement, you have to google the subject and provide a framing that is not detected by website framed. I want that landing page to have a message written in form of image on top with a countdown. It must start either with 180s as value, 120 or 60s as value. Depending on the country of visitor i want to frame different page and show different message on top. You will have to resolve first the anti-framing busting method first. If you already did this kind of job earlier provide demo in mp and the project is yours.
