I used a freelancer before, but the site is performs poorly. Looking to fix the following issues 1. Line up the Naviagtion (the rightmost link) with the rightmost content box underneath 2. Add a border to the top of the content and the bottom 3. Add a link below the border-bottom 4. Have the site actually look right through a mobile viewport 5. Also the site for some reason (when non-local) will corrupt the images. That needs fixing as well If you think it is cheaper to redesign the site that is fine, but it must have the same look (better functionality though) as the original. I am uploading the local version of the site. I also need a quick turn around ~24 hours. Thank you
