Build a Website

I activated the redirect plugin and redirected [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] and when I visit I get a redirect loop error. I also treid doing a 301 through my cPanel on Godaddy, same error. I tried deactivating Yoast SEO because it has built in 301 and same thing. I deactivated the redirect plugin and the loop goes away. I am trying to force all visits to https so my site is not redundant and penalized by google. I started out on the first page now I have no rankings and I suspect 2 copies of my site is the issue. I want to use sitewide https and I own a certificate and https works. My htaccess file is pasted below. I would be indebted to anyone who can offer some wisdom.
