Hi, I am Vinod. As you can see from my profile, I have completed my masters in broadband and mobile communications. I have over 11 years of experience. By looking at the description of the project what i understand is that 1. As soon as the user connects to your hotspot using WiFi the user should be taken to a default home page. 2. If user registers and/or agrees to the terms and condition then access to internet will be enabled. 3. If user does does not then no internet access will be provided.
