Cancer Fund/Raffle website

I am currently working on a website that will allow people to buy tickets for $1 a peice, to be entered into an online raffle that once it reaches the target amount of money, lets say for example $100,000 75% will go to [login to view URL], 24% will go to the winner of the raffle and 1% will go towards website maintenance. I will handle most of all of that. But I was wondering if you could help me with some other stuff. Like setting up payment, so that you enter in Your First name, Last name, email, phone number, paypal email and amount of tickets to be bought, then once they hit submit it won't submit the form yet, it will bring them to a paypal pay page, and it would charge them for however many tickets they had entered on the form. Then once they pay, it will submit the form to me on a secret page that I will need to be password protected, there will be 1 form submitted for every amount of tickets they choose, then on that secret page I will need a button that I can click and it will automatically randomly pick 1 form out of all of the forms that have been submitted and it will show it to me. Also If you could I would like it if you could make a counter that every time a dollar is given it is added onto counter 1 which is how much money ever raised and then counter 2 which is the current amount of money that is given until it hits the target goal which i will set, and then I will need you to make a button that will reset counter 2 to 0, If not all of this makes sense, please message me, I was hoping around $50 Please get back soon
