The freelancer would be required to develop the new website template i have purchase ([login to view URL]) with the details for my company and the pricing structure off my old website, they would also be required to think outside the box and make the new website look competitive, enviting and draw in customers! I have a few websites i like the look of and you could take some ideas from them. I paid 2 freelancers to do the job but he let me down.
