I have a email with a background image. Text needs to be laid ontop of the graphic while the image needs to have a width of 600px but a max-width of 100% so that it is scaleable and can be viewed on desktop as well as mobile devices that may be smaller than 600px wide. Text cannot be in the image but must be laid on top of it. As you can see from the mobile device screenshot, the text is fine but the graphic does not scale the way that it is currently coded.
