Build Shopify App

Hello need to create a Shopify app we can add as needed to Shopify Stores that we manage. we need the following functionality to be added to each store we install the app on; Create a view with all orders Add configurable custom statues to each order that trigger configurable mails to customers or internal mails Statues should have a history with the date, the admin who changed it, and a text note the admin can use to add extra comments if needed. ability to search, filter and sort the order view by status, date, or notes (with no refresh) Export order functionality with the additional fields added to the generated excel sheet (both with the last status or each modification as an option before the export starts) the app should be usable on Stores we specify as needed.
