Business Picture Book - Illustrations Needed

I'm in need of an Illustrator/Illustrations for a short, business related picture book I've written. The book is 24 pages, front and back, and I'm looking for someone that can bring the story to life. The art/illustrations I'm looking for are more detailed than simple sketches but not overly involved, complex drawings. The story involves one character and I'm looking for someone to create that character and then create scenes as the character moves through a work environment. I have the flow established and ideas for each illustration but am open to new, creative thoughts. I am looking to purchase all illustrations and rights to those illustrations for all future marketing and distribution of the book.
