Hi. I specialise in figurative cartoons. I draw in brush/pen & ink and also illustrator so vector is no problem. My bid is in hours but the amount I would charge is 4 hours even though it might take longer so an illustration would be $80 no matter how many hours. If there are several of these to draw I would happily reduce the amount I charge a little bit more.
