Hello, i do understand your requirement that you want the Viking ship rendered in an svg file or ai. First i will describe the problem at my end. Its that i dont use illustrator and hence cannot draw with layers. I use Inkscape which is an opensource vector drawing tool and using which i can get you the viking ship with each element drawn seperately and file saved as plain svg. This will help you to edit them in illustrator. Regarding the work, i wish to get a day's time without any pressure so that i can draw each part neatly and with happiness. :) Would like to hear your opinion even if you are looking for someone with illustrator.
